All products are made using FDM 3D printing, built layer by layer for strength and detail. Minor surface variations are a natural part of the process. Each piece is individually printed, so slight differences between prints are normal.
We don't ship anything we wouldn't be happy to receive ourselves. If something isn't right, it doesn't leave the workshop.
Each piece is made to order. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days, though larger orders may take a little longer.
Some models include small or delicate parts that are packed separately to avoid damage in transit. If your order requires assembly, glue will be included in the box.
