Returns

If something isn't right, we're happy to help. Just reach out to us at sales@tinyforge.co before sending anything back and we'll sort out the next steps. Items sent back without prior contact cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions

Returns are not accepted on custom or personalised items, sale items, graveyard items, or change of mind purchases.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Refunds

Once we've looked into your return request, we'll be in touch to make it right. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider.
